"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems checking in late and still had all of our questions answered. The room was comfortable, but a little noisy and had strange bath products. The bathroom door hides a push-latch closet with the safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a mini fridge. The building is a little run down. The pool was a nice size, but very well used. The surrounding roof top area had lots of places to sit, but no one there to help with towels or food/drinks and the bar wasn’t open, so that was slightly disappointing. However, the price point was good for a pool and decent bed, just down the road from Capitol Hill."

"Great location just a block off of the mall and very close to train. The front desk were sticklers about the check-in time. The pool was a great spot to cool down. The gym was under construction, but still provided what we needed."

"Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to many restaurants within walking distance and it was nice to have Whole Foods across the street."
