The JW is enchanting from the moment you sit in the dramatic reception/ lobby and enjoy the cold towel and iced ginger tea. Tran was extremely gracious and helpful at both check in and check out. Everyone at the resort is clearly dedicated to ensuring that you have a memorable experience - their attentiveness and kindness is evident in every detail. From the lovely staff who left me folded towels shaped into animals with kind handwritten notes each day, to those who remember faces and names and...

The breakfast is very limited.

The staff were excellent - and the restaurant hostess Bich stands out as excellent. She greeted my wife and I each morning for breakfast and sometimes was in the restaurant at night. Bich made us feel at home and we probably would return here just because of her, but everything is excellent here. Even housekeeping was super efficient and I liked that they cleaned our room as soon as we left in the morning. Breakfasts are superb too. My only complaint is that 1 million Dong per night deposit is...

Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and the food was quite good. Being one of the few or only Americans at the resort, we felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding everything. While we did enjoy the beach only a few steps away from our villa, we spent most of the time enjoying our private pool. The villas and pools are in excellent condition and felt very luxurious. We went to the spa for a message and also had an excellent experience there. I highly...

I had a comfortable and rekax stay Very friendly and helpful staff Very convenient location

Clean room. Loved the view of the beach and everything. Fireworks was amazing. Room is always cool and everything was clean and perfectly fine.

Nice hotel and friendly staffs

wow Only words of praise. The resort is wonderful, everything is superlative, neat, with good taste, it is the best accommodation I stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are perfect, quiet, the bed is super comfortable, the atmosphere is 10. The pool is very big, clean. Transportation to Sao beach (approximately 1 km) is provided by the Resort. The staff to measure, very good feeling and very available. You cannot find a minus of this resort. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We stayed at Roma Hotel for three nights. This hotel is in Sunset Town. It’s close to many other attractions, restaurants. The hotel offered a complimentary buggy tour around town. The included breakfast buffet offers many food choices and good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good

This place is a gem. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The place is clean and quiet and walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again

This is my second time with Elyday. The front desk staff exceeded my expectations - informative and helpful.
