Property has a lot of character to which Yaya is trying to update and add more value to the stay. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of thing, lots of food choices, a park across the street to people watch and helpful staff. The bar is in the process of serving little food choices but at this time just liquor and a place to hang out. We did not partake in breakfast except for coffee and bread. Good value for the money we paid, some rooms are oddly shaped but still enjoyable.

This hotel is perfect. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom, separate from a medium size living room with 2 seats and ample space for having 2 large bags + 1 carry on fully open. Bathroom is very spacious too, with enough shelving space for all toiletries. The room was cleaned every day, courtesy water bottle replaced and coffee pods restocked. 10/10 Location is top, with many restaurants and coffee shops around, busy area but zero noise in the room at night. Everything is within walking distance so you can explore all of downtown Amsterdam 100% would go back to this hotel
