Excellent location and morning coffee in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable and we loved being able to open the windows to hear or shut out the street noise. Walking distance to so many types of food, museums and parks.
Love this place, perfect position, beautiful area, well maintained, not a sound! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom great! Nice shower 👍 Coffee place on the corner, super! Beppe Pizza too !

Good location, easy links to the airport. Clean rooms, with coffee machine and toiletries. Seems like they’ve recently upgraded their bathrooms. Only complaint was the shower pressure was rather pathetic.

A reasonable hotel
Myself and a friend both had a small single room which sufficed for our weekend stay
Staff were friendly, rooms very clean. There were a couple of maintenance issues but were dealt with quickly
The hotel is located in a pretty little street located off the main road, near tram stop and little walk to restaurants bars and boat trips
We stayed at the family studio, it was clean, bright and warm.
The stairs are very steep so had to take care with that.
Well located for Vondelpark and the museums.
Dining options within walking distance too.
Overall, a great stay in Amsterdam.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room is very small even for one person. There were noises from construction next door. Great location that is walkable to museums and shops
The place is very accessible to public transportation and is still in the middle of Amsterdam. The place is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. The area is close to some tourist attractions and is accessible to other places of interest within the area. I will recommend this place to those who travel light since they do not have the lift or elevator in the property.

Disliked: Room comfort
My experience wasn't great. The hotel is overall OK, but the room doesn't have any curtains to block the light, and considering how early the sun rises in Amsterdam at the moment, it's a major issue.
The room was terribly hot at night and there was no remote for the air-conditioning in the room.
It needs to be requested at the reception and pay a deposit for it.
Also I travel to Amsterdam every month for work and I've never been asked to pay the tourists tax cash, or pay an extra fee to pay by card before. But here they do it. True that they communicated it before the arrival, but if I would have known it before, I wouldn't have booked this place.
Imo, there are much better options in the area.
Staff was helpful, the place is located in very good area however they should be more organized. If you don’t request, they don’t provide water after room cleaning. It should be default and they should be putting water to the room everyday.
Coffee is nice at the reception. Cookies are very delicious.
The property was nice, we actually liked the very steep stairs, but having the small elevator was nice to bring our bags up. The room was clean and on the last day when the weather turned warm, you can ask the front desk for the A/C remote.
I took off one star because the last day we found two bed bugs. We checked all the bedding (and all our clothes and everything) and didn't find anymore so it was curious, but the fact that we found two... One adult one and one smaller one was concerning
The room was good with a bed, sofa bed and kitchenette. However, no direct elevator to the room. Our room was on third floor. The elevator was to the fourth floor and you had to climb stairs down on extremely steep stairs with luggage. So if you have kids and luggage, you should consider other options. Also, no phone in the room to call reception. Other than that the staff was friendly.
