「Rooms are not clean, bedding smells bad ,very noisy ,do not recomend at all ,to keep me quiet they gave free upgrade to a suit ,but still not happy .staff are nice but management has to fix so many things 」

「Dali House was a wonderful, clean, attentive host for myself and my friend who stayed with them. Yassan was so responsive and helpful, with impressive knowledge of Jordan and the surrounding region. The bar was also wonderful to visit and had delicious food and drinks. Hoping to stay here again sometime!」

「I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. 」
