"The toilet was problematic from day 1… and one day it simply wouldn’t flush - the chain inside the water tank was broken. Told front desk about it in the morning and she said she will have someone take a look. But it was still broken when I came back in the afternoon. Called the front desk again and she said she wasn’t sure if anyone is available and might have to call someone external, so no ETA. Luckily someone came by in about an hour and fixed the issue after the second call. The room was old, the towels had a strange moldy smell, and the wall mounted shower gel was never topped up for the 4 nights I was there. No HD channels, just blurry SD tv. And no amenities at all - no gym, no pool, no nothing. But the staff (especially the ones managing the breakfast) are very nice and the included breakfast buffet was very good."
