"From checking in and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave transport options…don’t bother with the airport hopper bus service so easy to catch the bus just along from the hotel. The breakfast is great value with extensive choices and good coffee machines. Rooms clean and bed’s comfy. Would definitely stay here again "

"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London. It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express. Lovely spacious room with a kitchen. Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance. There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free. Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."

Was assigned one…a bit of a walk but prefer to the initial offer of a 4th story room. Will note this for future reservations here. Excellent hotel to spend the night for exit flights from Heathrow. "Great location, lovely rooms. Not sure about the university style communal hot water for drinks- better to have in the room really. Also communal ironing areas are a bit rubbish in practice. Funky hotel though and nice staff. "
