「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Leider befanden sich Haare in den Betten der Kinder, sodass die komplette Bettwäsche ausgetauscht werden musste. Dies wurde zwar umgehend erledigt, war dennoch ärgerlich. Bitte prüft künftig die Betten vor der Anreise sorgfältiger – insbesondere die oberen Betten, in denen Kinder schlafen. 」
