Clean room, Staff, Very good Restaurant. Amenities good but ceiling lighting was poor and especially light was inadequate near the wardrobes in the Room leading to the bathroom and dangerous as you could miss the step leading to the bathroom. No dressing mirror in the room.

En övernattning med sen incheckning

Stannade till på detta hotell på väg till södra Europa. Sen incheckning. Perfekt stopp på ett mysigt hotell, trevlig personal och stora rymligt rum och badrum. Vi fick en god natts sömn i bekväma sängar. Rekommenderas, prisvärt!

Goed hotel met duur febo-menu

Prima hotel met een matige keuken wanneer gebruik wordt gemaakt van de dinercheque. De dinerkeuze is snackbarniveau. Bij betaling 10 euro pp is onwaardig. De bediening in het restaurant is zeer goed.

Wo soll ich anfangen. Das Zimmer konnten wir erst um 16 Uhr und nach massiver Beschwerde beziehen. Beim Check-In sollten wir dann sogar nochmals 76€ bezahlen. Auf unsere Nachfrage wofür der Betrag erhoben wird bekamen wir nur eine pampige Antwort "Für die Übernachtung." Die hatten wir aber schon im voraus bezahlt. Wir haben dann die Zahlung verweigert und auf einmal hieß es ein Systemfehler wäre aufgetreten. Bei der Abreise sollten wir auch noch ein Frühstück bezahlen welches wir überhaupt nicht genutzt hatten. Das Zimmer: Der Siphon vom Waschbecken war dermaßen verkalkt das man Angst haben muss er wäre nicht mehr dicht. Das Toilettenbecken war so dreckig das das stehende Wasser dunkel und dreckig wirkt. Im Lampenschirm lagen etliche Fliegenleichen welche das Housekeeping anscheinen monatelang ignoriert hat. Vom dreckigen Fußboden bei der Ankunft will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist für diesen Preis eine Unverschämtheit. Die Speisekarte ist mit seinen 3-4 Hauptgerichten eine Frechheit. Ein Schnitzel mit Jägersoße für über 20 € entpuppte sich als gefrorenes und in der Fritteuse aufgebackenes trockenes Stück Fleisch, einem Klecks Soße und nochmals erwärmten Pommes. Für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes Unding. Der Außenbereich ist zwar sehr schön, aber die Liegen für die Gäste wurden nicht einmal von herabfallenden Blätter und Früchten gereinigt. So was ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wer keine Ansprüche kann gerne das Hotel besuchen.

Tolles Gebäude, aber der Service und das Frühstück sind nicht gut. Lange Schlangen beim Kaffe holen, liebloses Frühstück Ich habe eine Rechnung von der Bar bekommen, obwohl ich nie in der Bar oder dem Restaurant war. Insgesamt ist der Service nicht gut, es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen kann.

Oväntat magisk upplevelse

Bokad övernattning i sista stund under genomresa i Nederländerna. Blev föreslagna hotellet som visade sig mer likna ett slott, men till en prissättning likt ett standardhotell. Fantastiska rum, underbar omgivning och bra service.

Schade, im Pillow Hotel war es besser

Wir hatten im letzten Jahr ein Wochenende in dem Hotel verbracht da gehörte es noch zur Pillow Kette. Leider hat sich der Service bei Fletcher verschlechtert. Dies macht sich besonders beim Frühstück bemerkbar lange Schlangen am Kaffee Automaten, kein frischer O Saft und auch keine frischen Eier Speisen mehr. Stattdessen Hektik und herumlaufende Chefs im Anzug. Den Chateau Charme und die Gemütlichkeit gibt es leider nicht mehr. Es erinnert nun mehr an ein Discount Hotel. Das ist sehr schade.

Ein Traum und so nah hinter der Grenze direkt eine ganz andere Welt. Katastrophal die Geräusche von Lüftungstechnik im Zimmer 20. Sollte unbedingt abgestellt werden und am besten kein Zimmer in dem Trakt buchen. Alles andere phantastisch ☺️
