「Lovely little cottage. Very easy walk into Ambleside of no more than 5 minutes. 」

「Visable damp on the bathroom wall by the shower and a very strong smell of damp in the downstairs area including bedrooms. The owner tried to disguise the smell with air fresheners and by leaving the windows open but the smell of damp was still immediately apparent on entry. Had we been staying longer than 2 nights and not arrived so late in the evening on the first night we would have left. It was a real shame because everything else about the property and surrounding area was beautiful, but...

「Luke's Hoose felt really homely as soon as we opened the door. Great views from the elevated living room, looking over the town and hills beyond. So close to the main street so was easy to access all the shops, bars etc.」

「Lovely property and location. Everything you could possibly need in the property. Fan a bit loud in bathroom. Parking little tight when full but doable 」

「Lovely home in the Lake District. The parking can be tricky during the day so arrive after five and there’s no issue. 」

「It is a large appartment. Inside it is modern and in very good condition. Shame that the tv didnt work.」
