"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. "Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "

"liked the atmosphere here, felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. Boutique hotel. Pros - Stayed in Rm 279 &280 - spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Staff welcoming and very helpful, would like to recognize Roshan, Cristine, Srimali (invited for independenc day celebration), Ramki, Aman, Pubudu, among the group that helped us. There were many great staff, names not known. Cons- Location of hotel is great, but the driving is not so friendly,sharp corners, narrow bumpy street. Can cause somewhat dizzy. Lastly No Spa - Say what - Yes no spa. Hopefully in the future. Thank You for a great stay. During our trip stayed in Cinnamon Life Colombo, Cinnamon Bentota and Cinnamon Citadel. All wete great, great staff and great locations. Will be back."
