Downtown Amarillo
Downtown Amarillo captures the spirit of Texas with its blend of Western heritage and modern entertainment. Best Western Plus Medical Center"Room was nice size and clean. Bed was quite comfy. However, other furnishings were anything BUT comfy. Hard, stiff couch (hide-a-bed) was impossible to sit on and the chair in the room was worse. The furniture screamed CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! Staff was fine but we really didn't bother them. Breakfast was typical for a low to mid class motel. Standard hard biscuits and shipped in gravy (by the truck load, apparently), scrambled eggs and sausage shipped with the same truck. Very Standard.
