「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「Not very clean, kitchen wares were super dirty, first stove did not even work so we had to change rooms. Had rugs in the room with lots of dirt. Everything was dusted, and weird stains in curtains and sheets.」

「If you check in late, that would be a concern for you as the reception is not 24/7 service. You need to call the hotel emergency hotline to retrieve the key at mailbox.」
