「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

El spa no pude probarlo porque, aun llamando dos días antes de la entrada (llevaba llamando unos días antes, pero sin poder obtener respuesta telefónica), ya lo tenían todo completo para el fin de semana.
