Flour in the hallway was like dominoes or some kind of a puzzle.. there was a huge stain on the sealing in one of the bedrooms. On the kitchen there was some kind of a carpet that looked like unfinished flour. I could put up with it, but worse part was checking in and entering process. We couldn’t find the door but phone operator wasn’t helpful at all. As a visually impaired person I lived through nightmare until...

「Not a great experience staying here! We got 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed which was very uncomfortable for the two of us. The only saving grace was the location which was quite accessible to the main town centre. 」

「The location for this property was great, very central to the local restaurants and shops. However, we found the room was a slight let down. We found crumbs in the fridge, and crust from a drink on one of the drinking glasses provided. Also, the pleather on the sofa was almost completely peeled off and left it looking tacky compared to the other rooms in our floor. Furthermore, our mattress had a massive yellow stain and crisps left under the sheet, as well as an orange stain being on the wall...
