「Great place to have as a base to explore Aruba. It is quiet, safe, clean, modern, well furnished, private. Parking was safe and in an enclosed area. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach or visiting Aruba. Close to many popular beaches like Eagle beach, Palm Beach. We rented a car and went everywhere. Close to SuperFood Plaza if you want to shop and cook some of your own meals. It feels like you live here. Property is very well maintained. All the amenities you need, laundry, kitchen,...

「Beautiful property and the amenities were great. Easy to reserve a palpalpa and chairs on the beach any time. The staff was so friendly. I loved this place so much and now I can’t imagine not staying here in Aruba. It is a very quiet and relaxing. 」

「I loved this small boutique hotel! Nice and quiet some days I had the pools to myself! The staff is extremely nice and the breakfast each morning was amazing! This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main strip or $8 taxi ride. If you’re looking for a nice getaway to reset and recharge this is the place for you! I will definitely return….soon!」

「First the good parts: the hotel staff was excellent, as was our room and the two pools. Everyone was attentive and friendly at all times. We would not return, partly due to personal taste and partly due to issues with the hotel itself. First, the neighborhood is loud and busy; not bad in and of itself, but not what we were looking for. 「We enjoyed our stay. Onsite staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella available and all the small things provided. My only issue was that not enough toilet paper was provided so we had to go and buy some and a few extra towels would have been helpful. Other than that we loved it and would highly recommend 」

「Very clean, comfortable room and a fantastic pool with a swim-up bar. The staff were great. One of the only suggestions would be to let customers know that gratuity is automatically added when charging items at the pool bar to your room -- unless you want to give a larger tip.」

「My room smelled sooo bad. It smelled like a dog was in the room prior to me occupying it. I called the front desk multiple times in which they tried to resolve the issue by spraying the floors with a freshener. That solution worked for all is 15 minutes. I was just shocked that the Ritz Carlton’s rooms smelled bad especially since the hotel was known for having a really nice fragrance. 」
