「Staff was always friendly by phone and in person! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! Thank you!」

「We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

「Good breakfast. Nice center lounge area with snacks available to allow groups to sit and visit. The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the tub drain was moldy since there is no fan in the bathroom. That was the only issue. Highly recommend. 」

Don’t know what the regular rates are there but it was hard to stomach $350/night even though I knew prices were inflated for graduation weekend.」

「This is a smallish Hotel but it is big on charm, Location and amenities. It is right across from the mountain coaster and walking distance to all of the fun of Helen Georgia. I really enjoyed my stay there and they made us feel special.」
