「The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

「Beautiful resort, we had a two bedroom suite at jaguar reef, it was perfect for our week stay for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「This property was wonderful. We had 2 beachfront villas and whether we sat on the porch watching the sunrise or walking 20 steps into the ocean it was truly peaceful and relaxing. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach volleyball, and the pools were all accessible. The property was so inviting. What truly made our experience exceptional was the friendly staff. Everyone staff member would say greet you with a smile, a Hello, and a have a wonderful day. In addition, the property has its own "adventure desk"...

「I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. 」
