「Everything about our visit was very good. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable, the room was clean, the hotel well maintained. The breakfast and the bar area were extra amenities that made our stay complete.」

「The room we originally booked was over sold by the hotel. We had to move to a different room.」

「酒店很乾淨，房間空間很好，毛巾和床單很潔白。酒店提供免費水和冰，早餐選擇多。 附近很多餐廳，步行3-4分鐘就可以有不同的選擇。」

「very good 」

「Rooms are a bit outdated, otherwise, not bad.」

「服务很差，电脑系统很烂」

「Very good. 」

「早餐丰盛，位置便利，很安静」

「Room was clean! Great location very walkable! Restaurant was good and they have a nice happy hour! Insider….if you forgo room cleaning (which we normally do on a two night stay) you can get a margarita on the house each night!」

「The two front desk ladies, one tall light skinned black and the other short Hispanic, were rude and seemed annoyed when we requested anything. They failed to book our airport shuttles correctly and didn’t get our room cleaned as requested. They were on their phones and didn’t like being bothered. Won’t be returning to this hotel. They need to hire friendlier and more welcoming staff.」

「I understand why (close to the airport) but paid parking when not downtown was a bit annoying. Also, the app they use to pay for parking was not working. Otherwise, as always, Hampton Inn was excellent.」
