"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "Love the Location of this hotel, it’s right off platform 1 of the train station, super convenient. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no outlet near the bed which is inconvenient for charging the phone. Overall we had great time staying."

"Everything was fine. It was a nice hotel other than unable to check in. We had a reservation, it was on their system. But we could not create our room key and check in. Neither could another couple. Later in the evening a Korean family also could not check in. It’s best to have a hotel with a reception in my experience."
