We choose one of the spa rooms, a little pricier but the rooms have a north facing patio, are bigger and at the quiet rear of the property. Property is a 2 minute drive to town or 20 mins walk. 「Enjoyed collecting and roasting chestnuts picked from the grounds. Quiet. Lovely deciduous trees which are mature size. Good quality fittings and soaps and lotions which adds to the experience. Drove to the surrounding mountains and nut groves. Autumn is a great time to enjoy Bright. 」

「The cabin was clean and comfortable but poorly insulated as the heater struggled to keep it warm. There were plenty of blankets, so we didn’t feel the cold at night. The TV remote control didn’t work. The site is well situated next to the river and provides good cooking facilities with a fully equipped camp kitchen and an outdoor barbecue. The whole area was teaming with bird life. 」
