「This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The cabin was in poor condition. Some doors would not close, the shower in master bedroom didnt work, kettle in the kitchen was broken. The place looked outdated and desperately needing renovations or at least some basic maintenance. There are three bedrooms but access to the second bathroom is through the ajecent bedroom! This is very inconvenient for a group of friends. Management is the worst. Customer service non-existent. Spent three days...

「The upstairs heat did not work when I brought it to attention nothing was done about it. The house is very cold the heating is not adequate. There were dirty wine glasses in the cabinet. They were covered in red wine and lip stick. There was not enough hot water for one person to take a 5 minute shower. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood would be great for summertime. 」
