「I was really good but needed a bit of a deeper clean and some repairs need to be done 」

「We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

「環境清幽，食物美味，接待人員彬彬有禮，有問必答。可惜房間在地面一層，又面向外街，天氣熱時，由於房內沒有空調，故未能打開窗戶透氣，單靠兩座風扇，有點悶熱。網絡接駁時常中斷。」

「Well kept pub with separate accommodation block. The room was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and in really good repair. The pub itself is also very pleasant, with a good menu and choice of beer. The whole experience made better by the very friendly, helpful staff. 」

「Room and bathroom beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were amazing. All staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Great base to explore the area. It was unfortunate while we were there that the lift was out of order, making it difficult for my elderly disabled mother to get to and from our first floor room. Access to a lounge or somewhere to sit in the evenings would have made it perfect.」

「Our second time here and you can not fault this place . The rooms, the staff, the location are just perfect and the dogs are made to feel like VIP’s. The hot tub is lovely and the restaurant has such a nice ambiance about it ( and yes dogs are welcome in there too!)」

「Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. 」
