「It was great in every way, I would choose it again next time」

「Best choice in Boston! 」

「We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view.」

「The shower - the water is not strong enough for me to clean my long hair well. Beside. There’s no option to move the shower head which makes it difficult to just rinse my feet when I choose to.」

「Spent a sister’s weekend at XV Beacon. The staff, the service, the amenities were all impeccable! Everyone was quick to offer locale cuisine, walking directions and adventure recommendations. Even more impressive was when we were pressed for time, the staff graciously boxed our incredible Mooo meal from the flagship restaurant and delivered it to our room. What a wonderful spread to come “home” to. Our room was spectacular and intimate. Great space to enjoy with any loved one; including a...

「It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」

「Strengths: Perfectly convenient location, with the subway stop literally at the front door and the Prudential shopping center right across the street. Staff service style ranges from politely friendly to quite casual. The Lobby Cafe provides complimentary coffee, bottled water, and packaged snacks, as part of the stay. Free newspaper and magazines to grab in the lobby. Heat/AC is actually manually adjustable. Lobby is nicely decorated and comfortable. WiFi works well. Beds and headboards...

「Not clean in the toilet and bathroom」

「Great!」

「很棒」

「The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors. Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available.」

「Very convenient location and staffs are friendly」

「Excellent stay, close to everything, easy to find.」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」
