「The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. 「Room itself is quite fine! 」

「The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「The location and amenities were great. It is un-hosted so you check in on WhatsApp and get a link that opens the door. Once you get it worked out it is great. There was a record player in the room and a stack of records in the lobby area. Lots of fun. I tried to check in at 3:55 and they make you wait until 4:00 exactly. All manageable issues but I want everyone to know.」
