"接待人員禮貌友善，房間乾淨整潔，房間雖然不大但對要過夜轉機的旅客來說真的超方便。機場行李推車可直接推到飯店門口放著，走到機場裡只要2-3分鐘，有超市、餐廳、酒吧、服飾、美妝藥局一應俱全，如果要到市區或去看鬱金香轉乘火車或公車都很方便，值得推薦👍"

"When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam."

"The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm"
