「The front desk staff were excellent and very compassionate when my father had an emergency. They went above and beyond and showed true empathy. Highly recommend.」

「This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. This year there weren’t too many kid activities provided but we also came at a diff time period (off season) so that could be part of the reason. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only. After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away. Hampton accommodated us. I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. The Hyatt Front Desk Host (Michelle), assured us that we would receive a full refund on our reservation, due to power outage. Please refund me the total amount of our reservation onto...

「The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use. On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....
