"We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we appreciated that it was not carpeted. Estes Park is not a big place, so it was convenient to get anywhere we were going although it was on the "outskirts" of town. The lake was right across the street and we enjoyed sunset colors on the lake when we walked over. We did a load of laundry at a reasonable price. The laundry room is located in a game room with several arcade games, a pool table, and foosball. That room could be pretty loud. If it's your kind of thing though, it's a fun addition to the stay. There is an observation deck on the top floor with plenty of seating. What a beautiful view from up there! The property is showing age but is not necessarily in disrepair."

"The facility could use a remodel. We encountered some issues with the drain, but it was quickly managed. The manager on site was very helpful and proactive in other aspects. The pool needs more frequent maintenance as it was dirty, and we couldn't use it. The breakfast was very good, but another meat protein option would help to respect dietary preferences."

"The room was clean and had microwave, refrig and big TV. Just as expected. I was happy with staff. They were cheerful and helpful. The only disappointment was breakfast. I was expecting a little healthier meal. I usually don’t eat meat. But for those who did there was sausage and gravy. Not a healthy option if I did eat meat. Eggs were all gone the first morning I was there. Sugary cereal and pop tarts. Maybe to make kids happy. Fruit was apples and oranges. I ended up buying some plain yogurt with a Banana. Luckily I had packed granola from home. Another traveler asked where she could get the yogurt and banana and I told her unfortunately I bought them at grocery store."
