「Didn’t like the smell of burning rubber out of heater when we turned it on.」

「Breakfast was simple if we compare with other Hotel we‘ ve booked in the few weeks ago」

「Good」

「The room was lovely and well laid out. But, the bed and the pillows were lumpy.」

「We were a large party with multiple rooms. Most of the rooms had a distinct smell in them, some had a moldy sent, our room had a chemical smell that I think was an attempt to cover someone smoking in the room. The front desk staff of little to no help that came with an attitude. When someone in our group asked for direction to an area we wanted to visit, the attendent had no idea where that is let alone which direction to go. We realized that we forgot an item in our room hours after checking...

「The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. 「Very nasty room, the health dept should pay a visit. For a non refundable property there needs to be some standard of sanitation. The place is geared towards certain activities. Scary and nasty. We didn’t even go past the front door. Took one look and we left.」

「Very clean, helpful staff, felt safe as a woman travelling alone. Hanging flower pots a lovely touch. It was very close to Base Borden. It was great having a coffee pot in the room. I never did figure out the tv though.」

「Loved it - will stay again」
