「It’s a great pleasure to stay at this hotel for more than two weeks time. The first experience with bell attendant Andy, who is very friendly and use sign language make us feel better for the hotel. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and willing to be helpful. The breakfast is not only rich but with good taste of traditional Shanghai food some are even better than the reputable restaurant. The chefs and attendants are most local Shanghainese they are extremely friendly with us speaking...

「酒店的地理位置一流，步行5-10分鐘便到南京路步行街，酒店對面便是人民廣場站。交通便利，相連一個小美食廣場。不足之處便是早上電梯需要等很久。另外大堂人員比較冷漠，不是沒有禮貌，而是冷漠。」
