「Staff professional and very helpful」

「The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!」

「Moxy has a hip vibe and attentive service. The rooms are efficient but comfortable. It’s walking distance to the main historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and bars, and even the cruise terminals aren’t that far away. The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty selection but the layout was a bit scattered. It got congested around the coffee machine.」
