「Sehr gutes Hotel, mit einigen wenigen Abstrichen, dadurch eigendlich kein 5 Sterne Hotel höchstens ein sehr gutes 4,5 Sterne Hotel. Leider keine sehr guten Zimmerreinigung, nur gut. Klimaanlage des Hotel sowie Zimmer nicht so kühl ausgelegt bei sehr hohen Temperaturen. Zu hohe Getränkepreise im Hotel auch wenn es ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Für ein Cocktail für 10 bis 12,5o Euro zu viel vor allem wegen der ml Menge die der einzelne Cocktail hat, mit viel zuviel Eis. 0,4 l Bier 5,80 Euro, bzw....

「Kaikki sujui mainiosti hotellin kanssa. Huonesiivouksen tasoa olisi ehdottomasti parannettava! Seurasin koko viikon, että huoneemme lattiaa ei lakaistu kunnolla kertaakaan, jos ollenkaan. Henkilökunta on hyvin avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja sitä oli riittävästi. Ruokalista vaihteli mukavasti. 」

「Overall it is a really nice hotel with good amenities. Lovely pool areas with a good choice of restaurants. The snack bar was great with so much choice. The water park was a great addition to! The pool area by the beach was beautiful. The only down sides were that the main restaurant food was quite repetitive and quite a few trays of tasteless food, however the main cooking stations produced much better food. Also there was not a lot around the hotel to see or do so you are quite isolated,...

「Insgesamt ein gutes, großes und sehr weitläufiges Hotel mit 12 Etagen 3 Pools und einem großzügigen Frühstücksbufett. Wir hatten ein Panoramazimmer mit freiem Ausblick auf das Meer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir zwar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, jedoch am letzen Ende, das auf dem Balkon an einer Seite an eine Mauer grenzte. Dies hat nicht den Erwartungen an ein Panoramazmer entsprochen. Schade!!」

「Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Die Zimmer haben einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders schön: abends bei Sonnenuntergang wenn die Sonne hinter den türkischen Bergen verschwindet. Die Pools sind riesig. Genügend Schirme und Liegen vorhanden, sodass es nie Probleme mit dem Platz gab. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und die Auswahl an Essen hervorragend. 」

「I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst...

「Dream Resort for Families! There's nothing that the kids could ask for that isn't available! The ultimate paradise for young and old! There are so many activities that you "have to" choose some of them; it's impossible to follow all unless you're a super athlete. The water park is the place the kids choose every day!
