「just 5 min walk to airport, which is very convenient to us as we are catching a very early flight. Room is sizable and clean, unlucky not enough time to try the facilities 」

「Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.」

「The motel was ideal for us, for the location. It was very basic. The bathroom door was very stiff and unwieldy. One evening it was so hard to move I thought I was trapped. The shower was very powerful which was lovely. The "shared" kitchen was not well equipped and not too clean. The outside of the hotel did not look anything like the photograph on the web site. Neither did the bedroom, but then we had a budget room and I figure the photographs were of other rooms」

「Acceptable. The hotel is located at the edge of a residential area and a bustling district, making it fairly convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, and the place had a nostalgic charm. My room had the bed facing an entire wall of windows, which directly overlooked another hotel across the street. For those who value privacy, I recommend checking the room details with the staff beforehand or asking on-site if a room change is possible (which I should have done).」

「Excellent bed/bathroom, bar was a little disappointing as there was very little to choose from. Meals were very prompt for room service. 」

「Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone. 」

「Parking was next to a derelict car. What can I say in favour of the room? The lamp shade was nice. other than that the room was appalling. The room was very smelly, old, tatty, damaged worktops, damaged shower, no Jug/kettle, no hairdryer. Amenities were very basic. Curtains were tatty. The staff were unhelpful. The lady who gave us the keys insisted on taking my credit card details to cover "incidentals" The photos in their brochure is of a new block. We were put in the older rooms which...
