「Our stay here was memorable thanks to Coralie who went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect. 」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」

「Staff was helpful in getting me registered. Very roomy and comfortable. All the amenities I required for my visit.」

「The hotel was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed more… The room was romantic and the rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the harbor. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, but everything else including the garden was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This was quite a find! Lovely hotel, extremely well-kept and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was quiet, despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Though it's a little outside of town centre, it was a quick and easy walk (took us less than 20 minutes walk to get to the port, would be a quick bus or taxi ride) and I appreciated the quiet area. 「Fabulous small family run hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room as a good size and we had a large balcony overlooking the town & sea off to the left. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice and fresh fruit and a light cooked breakfast prepared fresh if wanted. Locations ideal for walking into town and up to Castelmola. 「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna.
