「It is a very good hotel. Perfect location. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing lacking is no elevator, but they help you with your luggage. 」

「Design-wise the hotel is absolutely stunning. You can really see how much thought was put into everything. We got an upgrade to a sea view room for free. Despite the road construction right in front of the hotel, we couldn’t hear a thing with our windows closed and slept really well. The mattress is very comfy. 「Overall it was good, but these points require their attention. They didn't clean the room everyday. The only day they cleaned was after we specifically asked for it. We weren't in the room most of the time, so that wasn't the reason either. The lifts were crowded. You had to wait 5-15 minutes to get up or down. The stairs were signalled only as the fire emergency exit so still you were discourage to use them」

「This hotel is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is disgustingly gross and way too expensive and the rooms are way smaller than shown in the advertised pics and they smell so bad and they are so dirty. Never stay here」

「The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem. 」
