「Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. There is a stunning black sea view from the restaurant on the top floor, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.
