I expected more from Deerhurst. The room was ok, not fantastic. We were in one of the outer buildings and couldn't get the shuttle to the main building because the main desk's phone was off the hook for 45 minutes. It was off season, so for most of the stay only

Hidden Valley Resort, an Ascend Collection Resort
staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking.
