"The lady at the front desk when I checked in, was very nice and polite, even though she had been answering the phones about a water issue all day, apparently. They did alert me to an issue with the hot water in the rooms before my check in, and offered me a refund if I wanted it. I went ahead and checked in and I have no problems. Would stay here again. "

"Only stayed for one night but honestly no complaints. The bed was comfortable! My friend’s car died and we needed it jumped and one of the staff helped us out with that so thank you! Also the staff was very kind and smiley. I saw a few reviews about the area not being safe + bed bugs so I was a little nervous but I felt safe the whole time and there was no bugs. :) I will say one thing I wished the hotel room had was a full body mirror lol but great overall!
