「My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought...

「Il posto è spettacolare, direzione molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di aiuto o consiglio. Capanna pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Metterei un ripiano aggiuntivo in doccia per i saponi o gel. Cucina ben fornita. Molte ragnatele ma essendo in una foresta di banane è normale; credo basterebbe poco toglierne alcune tutti i giorni. Almeno in cucina. Comunque consigliatissimo per una vacanza spartana e dove trovare nuovi amici.」

「Everything was updated and clean in great location. Can walk to everything in town. Parking is on the street but on the side street found enough. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. They provided heaters if you need it. Very friendly and would stay again.」

「Full accommodations without the stuffiness. Seems to be an older hotel outside its prime but aged well. Wonderful pool and grounds and an easy walk to town - best and quickest along the water path. Would recommend to all my family and friends. 」

「This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. 」

「This place was a life saver! My flight to NYC was diverted due to engine failure and the airline left us stranded in the island for the night. I found a room at this place online and showed up last minute, with no luggage or chargers, and they could not have been more accommodating or done more to help me. The property is gorgeous, every member of the staff was so kind and attentive, and having a bed to sleep in and a shower was everything. Great place with great people, high recommend!」
