The rooms were kept very clean, and the staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to give a recommendation. Your location in Praca Velha is perfect. It is right in the middle of all the Christmas events. The garden behind the hotel is quite lovely and a great place to spend some time reading a book in nature. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were within walking distance of so many things (Cultural Centre, Library, Museum, restaurants and pubs). This hotel is quite a gem.

A good hotel, if a little dated

Decent enough hotel, good amenities and ideally located. Beds were clean and rooms cleaned properly daily. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

We liked the suite room with the loft bedroom and two bathrooms, one up and one downstairs. The town also had a beautiful garden area behind the property. The location was also very convenient. Very nice staff.

The location was excellent. The gardens are wonderful. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax in the evening. It was fun to watch the gatherings and entertainment in the square across from the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
