「Sehr schönes Hotel auf dem Land. Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr schöner Pool, der nach einem Anstrengenden Tag oder Fahrt Ruhe und Entspannung bietet. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das spanische Frühstück am nächsten Morgen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. So startet man gut in den Tag. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Auch wenn das Hotel abends kein Restaurant bietet, so...

「Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel est au petit soin. L'endroit est un peu excentré mais très joli et calme. Le spa (en supplément) est agréable. Repas au restaurant excellent et petit déjeuner copieux 」

「Excellent food both at breakfast and in the lovely restaurant. Both rooms have incredible sea views which we greatly appreciated. The spa and the outdoor therapy pool were nicely appointed. Our massages were arranged on our arrival and were perfect. We were there on cool overcast days so we didn’t take advantage of the beach directly across from the hotel. But it was tempting. They made us and our dogs welcome and we truly enjoyed our stay at La Elmes. 」

「Lovely hotel! Rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff is amazing!! Location is tucked away in a quiet area but Besalu is so small you can get anywhere in a 5 minute walk. Wonderful stay would definitely come back!」

「This hotel had charm and personality. The owner herself met us at front desk upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent good Too bad it was too chilly to use the adorable balcony space, or the roof terrace.」

「This was truly a place where love, care and compassion shine. I think it is a family business, or like minded people. Nothing was too much trouble. Our hosts were attentive at all times and said many often to let them know if we needed anything, or wanted the dinner menu tweaked in any way. I had afternoon tea in served on the patio everyday at four. Breakfast was a huge buffet of local meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, fruit, coffee, muesli, juices and more.
