「Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, style, and excellent hospitality. Note: It’s so close if you are flying from Borg el Arab 」

「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it.
