「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff are excellent and willing to assist with all your needs. The location is good but a bit of a walk to the center, an easy walk if you don’t mind walking. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Sofia.」

「This boutique hotel was very comfortable to stay in and the staff was really friendly and responsive to your needs! Was able to get upgraded to a suite room and it was so cute and artistic! It is about 15-20 minutes away (walking and public transportation) from the main tourist sites and areas and we do not mind! Overall wonderful stay here and would totally recommend! 」

Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods.
