"Staff was great. The kitchen even prepared breakfast to-go for our early flight. Views were amazing. Restaurant served the best fondue. We loved staying in Wengen. Wengen had less tourist than the surrounding town and was a great location to hop on the train to Jungfraujouch and Grindelwald. We will definitely stay here again."

"This stay was disappointing from all other hotels I booked around my Switzerland trip. Customer service wasn’t that great. If you are lucky then you get a good view room. Breakfast didn’t have much choice, just an okay place. Rooms didn’t even have any updated features, it was more of classic style without even a plug point for usb or usb c. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are traveling from USA."
