「We stayed in early March when next to nobody was holidaying. Essentially, we had the estate to ourselves! The breakfast was worthwhile. The room and facility was immaculate and beautifully presented. Even in peak season, the expansive estate offers tranquility and long views over patures to the Atlantic which is an easy 1km stroll to dramtic cliffs and the Fishermas trail. 「Nice stay and great room, but definitely more 4 stars than 5! No gym, no heated pool(s) and service could be better. Staff were nice, but we didn’t get any information about the area or available activities. Also the restaurant was closed for 2 nights for private event - which is fine, but then the hotel should do something for their other guests. We had to complain before we got a gesture with free food. Acceptable with 4 stars, but not 5.」
