「I was there for a few hours for rest and shower. The place is very poorly maintained. Bad matress and pillows. Torn muskito-net on the window. I’m happy I didn’t have to spend the night there. 」

「The bus stop to the city center is near this Holiday inn, and therefore good for travelers likes to take a bus, the El Mangrullo located nearby provided delicious western food.」

「The problem was the staff say they have no connection with Expedia or any other booking platform. There was no booking in my name. How can Expedia offer a premises that is not alliliated. 」

「Outstanding experience - super kind and helpful staff, I had to return to the airport for a luggage snafu late at night on a tight timeline and they went above and beyond to help out. Quiet room close to airport, perfect for overnight layover. Enjoyed the rain shower with good water pressure and how clean the room was. So happy to have found Gugasuites.」
