「The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. 「We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team. 「Hotel was very well kept and the location was great. The pools were very nice with easy access to the beach. The food was OK. The set times made it hard to make meals if you were out sight seeing. They always had snacks available but they were very low budget. The food was similiar to that on a cruise except not very good and organized. They would run out of food quickly and it would get cold.」
