Hotel is conveniently located near the old town and mamy restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and the view on rooftop is nice. Room is clean but the water draining from the bathtub is slow.

We came into Portugal after many hours of travel and our accommodations were the most comfortable nights sleep, the bed and the pillows. We did the breakfast the next morning, and it was exceptional, something for everyone. We also visited the bar in the evening for a drink and had wonderful service, helpful recommendations, and great options.

Stayed here several times. Good location, within walking distances of shops, restaurants and port of Faro. Reasonable underground car Park @ €15/night. Comfortable room. Breakfast quite good but doesn’t seem quite as good as previously,dining room on top floor with attractive terrace & great views. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

The location is great - very central in downtown Faro with lots of cafés and restaurants close by. Hotel is clean and rooms are OK. No pool as it was being repaired. The upstairs terrace bar/restaurant has a fabulous view of Faro and the sunset. Definitely worth checking out. There is no free airport shuttle although they do offer a service (quite expense though). We took an Uber to the airport which was quick, reliable and inexpensive. We were supposed to have a free bottle of wine upon arrival but it was never offered to us.

The location was spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful arranging my taxi for the following day to the airport. We also had dinner on the rooftop with live music. The food was delicious and the performance was top notch. We also loved how we could walk everywhere and not worry about driving.

Pool is like a hot tub in size, cold and dirty. This was February. Reception staff not overly helpful. No teabags in room and had to remind them of free wine incentive.

Had a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and warm. The breakfast fabulous. The cocktails and views from roof top bar amazing. One slight negative was staff setting up restaurant for breakfast dragging not lifting chairs. I heard it all but just one of those things. I hope the floor is ok !

place is very accessible the main problema only is the heating in the room cannot adjust the heater and uts cold at night.. and since we are close in the main city we can hear the people talking and shouting on the road … but its nice place it just the heating and noise maybe because it weekends lots of drunk peoplle

Hi, This hotel had a nice entrance and well located to train and bus stations . The room was small and clean but we had a terrible view. Well equipped with mini fridge, safe . The breakfast was excellent and was served on the top floor of hotel with a nice view of the marina. I would stay at this hotel again but would request the non construction side of hotel (Expedia Platinum) David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
