「The property was well maintained. Only issue, which is crazy, the water pressure for the 3rd floor was so strong it was not comfortable.」

「The room was clean and quiet. There is a daily parking charge which was a surprise for this level of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.I was at this hotel for five days and it never got better. I skipped the free breakfast on the last day and went across the street to the I Hop restaurant. I found the potatoe dish that was served to be especially bad. The buffet needs fresh fruit and not the sorry, bruised ,tiny apples that were in a bowl. Also one of the elevators was out...

「Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great! Room was nice. Great water pressure. The price was too much. I will shop longer next time.」

「Broken elevator Has to carry all items down the stairs for 4 floors. Glad I packed light!」

「For the price, everything was fine. Leo was very helpful directing us to places to eat in old town, historic Santa Fe.」

「Very nice」

「Average facility, but the staff was unfriendly. Yelled at me for walking into eating area to get a fork, after hours. I told them that maybe they should lock the doors if plastic forks were that valuable. And be prepared if you get hurt while on their property, they will DO NOTHING to help you! Knowing I could not walk, refused to bring me some ice for my injury. Will NOT be staying here again.」

「This is a very nice old style motor court that will give the best Hotels a run for their money, and beat them. They have 92 units that are amazingly nice,, spacious, well appointed, comfortable quiet, very attractive and all on the ground level. They have a pool and entertainment often, and many activities during the week. Each room has their own ground level patio. We were truly amazed by how great this property is. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Maintenance of room a big issue as toilet would not flush without holding the handle down and sink faucet leaked badly. Carpet was tore in room by bathroom entrance. Room could use a good deep cleaning.」

「Dump ! The worst thing was that there was no way to block the extremely bright flood lights at night or the New Mexico sun from blasting through the window by day. I had never witnessed a hotel room without full curtains prior to this stay. The worst mattress and pillows that I have ever encountered ! Expect a very rough sleep !」
