In all of my travel around the world, this has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel property was rundown and not well maintained. The front desk person couldn’t be bothered… Our room was even worse as drapes were falling from their rod… Air conditioners did not work… No hot water in the shower… The bed was hard as a rock… Sink, hot water was not working… And it goes on and on.

Salle de bain : Chambre à rénover, le bac à douche est cassé, des trous (rebouchés) sur le carrelage, pommeau de douche de mauvaise qualité Chambre : Climatisation non fonctionnante puisqu’utilisation de télécommande obligatoire, mais non disponible, y compris lorsque j’ai demandé à l’accueil. Trou dans le drap, pas de housse de couette sur la couverture, avec des taches présentes. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre ni de base (poubelle vidée par mes soins, sinon facturation additionnelle) Fenêtre cassée dans le double vitrage donnant l’impression de buée. Côté personnels : Acceuil agréable, dame d’entretien des parties communes disponible et agréable. Côte emplacement : Très bon emplacement avec des accès plages (pas de nécessité de voiture) et de villes proches (mais nécessité de voiture)

Alojamiento, con atención y localización excelente

Experiencia muy buena. Inés es super atenta, nos ha gustado y repetiremos. Vistas espectaculares 5' andando a la playa. Buena relación calidad precio. A tener en cuenta, el arreglo de la habitación no se hace hasta el tercer día, si lo quieres antes vale 5 euros.

notre plus mauvais hôtel en 14 jours au Portugal

bonjour nous avons séjourné du 21 au 22 octobre 2018 soit 8 jours après la tempête qui a soufflé sur la cote Portugaise...la piscine intérieur et les abords étaient hors d'usage, verres non ramassés etc.. nous sommes le 4 novembre quand j'écris ce message et l'hôtel propose toujours sa piscine intérieur etc... !!!!!! cela s'appelle de la publicité mensongère!!! notre chambre la 104 sentait bien l'humidité comme l'on signalé d'autres clients, le jacuzzi était sale quant à l'aimabilité on nous a même pas dis bonjour, notre fille de 10 ans s'est vue envoyer paitre pour avoir demander de l'eau, petit déjeuner horrible, que des denrées très bas de gamme sans le moindre conseil …. il faut chercher le café le jus de fruit etc....bref le rayon "mal bouffe" d'un super marché seul point positif de cet établissement sa vue sur l'océan !!! espérons qu'un promoteur achète ce lieu et qu'on en finisse avec cette maison d'hôtes de 19 chambres….
